Ownership
- GFocus and its software, documentation, design, logo, and trademarks are owned by Liu Gang (indie developer).
- Copyright term: 2025–present and continuously updated.
- No party may use, copy, modify, or distribute the software without written permission.
Scope of IP
- Source code, algorithms, data structures, and technical implementation.
- UI design, layout, icons, colors, and interaction design.
- Documentation including manuals, help content, and technical docs.
- Brand assets including the GFocus name, logo, and icons.
License and restrictions
- Personal non‑commercial use is permitted; commercial use is prohibited without authorization.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly is strictly prohibited.
- Repackaging or redistribution is not allowed without permission.
- Trademark misuse or misleading promotions are prohibited.
Third‑party components
- GFocus uses open‑source components and third‑party services under their licenses.
- Services include App Store distribution, cloud storage, and analytics.
- All third‑party rights remain with their respective owners.
Infringement handling
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for IP infringement.

- Process: submit notice → verification → response within 3 business days → action.
