Service purpose

  • GFocus helps individuals and small teams plan tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • We continuously improve features and stability to ensure reliable sync and reminders.

Account and usage

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.
  • Do not use GFocus for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activities.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect platform security.
  • Anonymous users can subscribe using appAccountToken; keep it safe for purchase recovery.
  • Anonymous subscriptions can be bound to a signed‑in account via in‑app authorization.

Billing and subscriptions

  • Paid subscriptions activate immediately; App Store billing and refunds follow Apple policies.
  • Premium features remain available during the active period; canceling does not delete data.
  • Anonymous subscriptions can be migrated after login; if already bound, login is required.

Data and intellectual property

  • You own the content you create; we only host and sync it as permitted.
  • The software, documentation, design, and code are owned by the developer, Liu Gang.

Limitation of liability

  • We will try to restore service promptly after outages caused by force majeure or third parties.
  • We provide assistance but are not liable for data loss caused by user devices or misuse.

Updates

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in‑app or by email.
