We take privacy seriously. This policy explains how GFocus collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.

Information we collect

Account basics: name, email, or third‑party sign‑in credentials used for authentication and service updates.
Usage data: device details, feature usage frequency, and crash logs to improve performance.
Synced content: tasks, tags, and calendar items stored in encrypted form for multi‑device sync.
Anonymous purchase identifier: when you are not signed in, the app generates a random identifier (appAccountToken) on your device. It is submitted to Apple together with your purchase and also stored on our servers to identify, restore, and bind your purchases. We also store a hash calculated from it (ownerKey) to link your purchase records on our servers. This identifier does not contain identity information such as your name or phone number.
Purchase receipt information: includes the original transaction ID provided by Apple, renewal status (where applicable), and verification results, used to sync purchase status and handle after-sales issues.

Provide and maintain core features such as tasks, reminders, and calendar sync.
Analyze and improve the product without selling or sharing personal data for marketing.
Send service updates, security alerts, or feature changes when authorized.
Validate subscription status, support anonymous recovery and account binding, and provide after-sales support and reconciliation.

Data in transit and at rest is encrypted; sensitive data is further protected by masking.
We use compliant cloud providers and perform regular backups and disaster recovery drills.
Access is limited to authorized staff for necessary maintenance only.
Anonymous hashes (ownerKey) and account data are separated with access controls and audit logs.

View, export, or delete your tasks and account information at any time.
Withdraw consent or delete your account via in‑app settings or by contacting us.

Purpose: to understand page visits, improve site content, and provide basic security protection. We do not sell this data or provide it to unrelated third parties.

This website records visit data through the developer-operated server api.gunlabs.cn. The data includes the page path with query parameters, the referring page, a random session ID stored in browser localStorage rather than a cookie, and clicks on buttons or links. The server also records the IP address and User-Agent. This data is not used for advertising.
Retention: visit data is stored on that server and is not deleted automatically. If you email us and ask for deletion, we delete the records we can match to that visit. Clearing site data in the browser only resets the local session ID and does not delete records already stored on the server.
Security: visit data is sent over HTTPS, and only the developer can view it in the admin console.
