Please read this agreement carefully before subscribing. Confirming a purchase or continuing to use membership benefits means you understand and accept these terms.

Subscription overview

  • Auto‑renewing membership provides premium features like cross‑device sync and productivity insights.
  • Subscriptions are purchased via Apple App Store and activate immediately.
  • Subscription status does not affect ownership of existing task data.

Anonymous purchase and account binding

  • Anonymous purchases use appAccountToken; keep it safe for recovery.
  • You can bind an anonymous subscription to your account via in‑app flow.
  • If Apple returns a subscription bound to another account, login is required to restore.

Auto‑renewal and billing

  • Apple will charge your Apple ID within 24 hours before renewal.
  • Turn off auto‑renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • Billing records follow App Store receipts.

Managing and canceling

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings; developers cannot cancel for you.
  • Benefits remain until the end of the current period after canceling.
  • You can re‑subscribe anytime through the App Store.

Trials, refunds, and billing issues

  • Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Apple; contact App Store support for disputes.
  • We can provide usage records and technical clarification if needed.

Benefits and limitations

  • Membership benefits are for the subscribing account only.
  • We may suspend service for abuse or violations.
  • Benefits may change with product updates; material changes will be announced.

Data and privacy

  • Membership data follows the Privacy Policy.
  • Payment details are handled by Apple; we do not access card data.
  • You can request access/export/deletion via app settings or email.
  • The anonymous purchase identifier is stored as described in the Privacy Policy and is used only to identify, restore, and bind your purchases.

Agreement updates

  • We may update this agreement due to feature changes or regulatory requirements; updates will be posted here.
  • Material changes to price or benefits will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
